We accept walk-ins based on counselor availability. Appointments are preferred to ensure you have dedicated time reserved with one of our counselors.

Student Account Assistance helps with billing and repayment of student accounts and University-administered student loans. We can help if you:
- Are repaying a University-administered student loan
- Owe money on your student account and/or want to make a payment on your student account or loan bill
- Have an AH, AH1, AH2, AH3, AU, AU2, or AW hold
- Need to resolve your past due loan or tuition account

Student Account Assistance uses an external vendor, ECSI, for mailing and emailing bills and notices to loan borrowers. We service the following student loans:
