Regents Tuition Benefit Program Request

This form is used to request the Regents Tuition Benefit Program, which provides eligible employees access to University credit-bearing education opportunities at a reduced cost.

To complete this form, you are required to list the courses you are interested in taking.

Use this form if...

  • You are a faculty, P&A, civil service, or labor-represented employee
  • You hold an appointments of at least 75 percent time, and you want to take classes for credit. 

Don't use this form if...

You are a(n):

  • graduate assistant
  • professional-in-training
  • employee of an affiliate organization or
  • family member and/or dependent of an employee.

Next steps

Submit completed form to the Office of Human Resources at [email protected] by the first billing due date of the registration term.

If you are requesting to take classes during summer term while on academic year appointment or you are taking classes/related components during your scheduled work hours, OHR will contact your supervisor for approval. 

It is the student’s responsibility to register for courses. This form is not a registration form.
